Code Of Ethics

All employees and associates of B-ADVANCY strictly adhere to the “Code of Ethics” and related Compliance Principles outlined in their employment contracts, manuals, and procedures.

The Code of Ethics under which B-ADVANCY operates includes the following:

Integrity

  • B-ADVANCY conducts its work with professionalism, independence, and impartiality.
  • B-ADVANCY’s work is performed honestly, with zero tolerance for any influence that may cause deviation from approved methods and procedures or result in the reporting of inaccurate information.
  • B-ADVANCY reports data, test results, and other material facts in good faith and without alteration.
  • All reports and certificates produced by B-ADVANCY accurately reflect the actual findings, professional opinions, and results obtained.

Conflicts of Interest

  • To ensure ethical business practices, conflicts of interest should be avoided in all relationships where there is a financial or commercial interest and services are being provided.
  • To avoid potential conflicts, employees should avoid any conflicting interests in the company’s activities and should not own or be involved in outside interests that could negatively impact their performance or the company’s reputation.
  • Conflicts of interest should also be avoided between companies or divisions engaged in different activities but providing services to the same client or to each other.
  • All employees should maintain impartiality and not engage in any actions that would result in a conflict of interest.

Confidentiality

  • B-ADVANCY will maintain the confidentiality of all information received while providing services, unless it is already publicly available or in the public domain.

Anti-Bribery

  • Accepting any form of reward, gift or favor tied to the outcome of work is strictly prohibited and any offers should be reported immediately.
  • The company prioritizes its customers while providing services but will not compromise ethical standards, legal requirements or company policies. Any attempts to circumvent this policy should be reported to management through standard channels or a confidential reporting mechanism.

Fair Marketing

  • All employees are expected to engage in marketing activities (including comparisons to competitors, competitors’ services, or third parties) in a truthful, non-deceptive and compliant manner. They should present themselves and the company in a fair and impartial manner. Additionally, they must ensure that any information presented, such as descriptions of B-ADVANCY’s network, affiliations, resources, and services, is accurate and clear.

Violating any of the above policies will result in disciplinary action, potentially leading to termination of employment.
